Youth Leadership Program

Here at FITaos, we take growing the next generation of outdoor educators, conservationists and leaders seriously! Our Junior Counselor and Counselor-in-Training programs offer Taos youth a chance to shine in the great outdoors as they work to support our lead instructors. Kids learn life skills – such as communications, time management, and working with others – as well as a tons of games, science, activities, and strategies for group management.
