SESSION LIMITS: How many sessions can my child attend?
You are only able to sign up for ONE 2-week Mountain Camp session (Nature Adventure 1, Nature Adventure 2, Outdoor Explore Plus).
If your child is attending a 2-week session, you may sign up for up to 3 additional weeks of Mountain Camps. If your child is not attending a 2-week session, you may sign them up for up to 5 1-week sessions of Mountain Camp. The limit on FIT Neighborhood weeks is 3 weeks per child (this does not include any Mountain Camp sessions). Please reach out if you have questions about this.

This year we are using the same ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS. This will allow you to complete the registration form and pay either just the non-refundable deposit or the full amount with an Echeck, credit card, paper check or cash. FYI, there is a (non-refundable) credit card transaction fee that will be automatically added to your total. If you’d like to avoid this fee, you may pay with e-check online or mail a check or hand deliver a check or cash..
You should receive an email confirmation upon registering. If you do not receive this email, please check your “junk” folder and contact us if you cannot find it.
If you created a registration account last year, you can login and save yourself the time of entering all the information again. Even if you registered your child(ren) last year, you will still need to update emergency contact information and persons authorized to pick up your child. You will also need to complete new forms for each child for this year so we have current health issues, session requests, and a liability waiver for this year. If you forgot your password, the system will send you instructions when you click on “forgot password.”
DEPOSITS:
We require a minimum payment of $100 deposit per child, per session to hold the spot. Remember, you may pay offline either by mailing a check or by stopping by our office with a credit card, cash or check but all deposits must be received within 7 days of placing a session in your cart or your child will lose that spot. One deposit per child per session. For example, if you register 2 children for 2 sessions each, you will need to pay $400 in deposits ($200 per child). DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. No deposit is required for a FREE session!
SCHOLARSHIPS:
If you are requesting a scholarship, you will do this during the online registration process. You are able to select the level of scholarship support you need. You will receive notification of any and all scholarship awards via email within 2 weeks of your registration (hopefully sooner). We try to award scholarships at least twice per month so it shouldn’t be more than 2 weeks before you hear from us on that. You may wait to make your deposit until you hear about your scholarship. Thanks to fundraising and generous donors, we are generally able to offer scholarship support, as long as we have a space in the session.
PAYMENTS:
Final payments are due at least 2 full weeks before the first day of each session. You are welcome to pay in full at registration or pay your balance anytime at least 2 weeks in advance. You can pay via the registration website or with cash or a check. We will send an email reminder 3 weeks before each session. If you need us to work with you around payments, please contact us.If you have paid a deposit for a session but your plans change, please notify us ASAP so we have as much time as possible to fill the spot.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel a session, please notify us ASAP. We will refund the full amount less the nonrefundable deposit if we are notified more than 2 weeks before the start of the session. If you notify us within 2 weeks of the start of the session, we will try to fill the spot. If we are able to fill the spot, We will refund the full amount less the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 1 week of the start of the session, we are often unable to fill the spot and may not be able to provide a refund. This will be addressed on a case by case basis. We will do our very best to work with you as we know plans change and kids get sick.
