CITs and Junior Counselors
Youth Leadership Programs – Come be a CIT or JC for Summer 2025!
Our Youth Leadership programs have grown rapidly and now allow us to employ approximately 60 young people ages 10 and up as interns and volunteers. This mentorship component of Field Institute of Taos is a vital aspect of our vision. We hire both Counselors In Training (volunteers) and Junior Counselors (paid interns) to work in all aspects of our summer programs as well as in our after school programs. We strongly encourage these motivated individuals to continue participating in our programs in addition to their work experience to enhance personal growth and leadership.
We count on our CITs and JCs to be reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn and grow!
